Health & Fitness Promotions is a regional marketing company that specializes in popups and demos.
We specialize at in-person events at premier fitness centers and are seeking fitness oriented, energetic, outgoing, & friendly Promo Event staff.
The job will take place in gyms and fitness centers around the Hoboken area. This part time position is ideal for outgoing men and women who are able to work independently and thrive in social settings.
As an Event Staff member for Health & Fitness Promotions you will represent multiple products (healthy snacks, functional beverages, electrolytes, protein shakes, and other nutritional supplements) with the goal of promoting a healthy lifestlye to the fitness community all over the Hoboken area.
This is not a sales position, but it does require extensive knowledge of the products we represent (training provided) and a general background understanding of nutrition, supplements and general health products.
Each event runs 3-4 hours with plenty of opportunities for breaks | 8-12 hours per week | $130 per event flat rate.
Job Requirements:
- MUST be at least 21 years old
- MUST keep a clean, neat appearance
- MUST be comfortable standing for extended periods of time
- MUST be able to lift 30 lbs
- MUST have availability to work 8-12 hours per week
- MUST be able to work Saturday mornings
- MUST have weeknight availability
- MUST have reliable transportation to commute to multiple locations
- MUST life a healthy lifestyle and be able to represent healthy products
- MUST have prior face-to-face promotional experience, customer service experience, or sales experience preferred
