Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Pediatric Mental Health Clinician (LCSW or LPC) for an integrated outpatient pediatric behavioral health program in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Join an integrated outpatient pediatric behavioral health program serving children and adolescents through age 18
- Provide behavioral health assessments, counseling, and individualized treatment planning
- Collaborate with pediatric providers and an experienced multidisciplinary care team
- Manage a sustainable patient schedule averaging up to 10 patients per day
- Mission-driven organization committed to improving access to pediatric mental health services
COMPENSATION
- Base Salary: $68,224-$81,868
- HRSA Student Loan Repayment Eligible
- PSLF Eligible Employer
SCHEDULE
- Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- No Nights
- No Weekends
- No Holidays
- No On-Call Responsibilities
ROLE
- Provide behavioral health assessments and psychotherapy for children and adolescents
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Coordinate care with pediatric providers and clinical staff
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Participate in an integrated multidisciplinary care team

Requirements:
- Active Pennsylvania LCSW or LPC License REQUIRED
- Experience Providing Behavioral Health Services To Children And Adolescents Preferred
- Strong Assessment, Counseling, And Treatment Planning Skills REQUIRED
- Commitment To Patient-Centered, Team-Based Care REQUIRED
