Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints and project plans to determine tasks, sequences, and required materials.
- Perform site preparation, erosion control, and mechanical tasks to support construction activities.
- Lift, carry, and maneuver materials and equipment safely, adhering to OSHA and company safety regulations.
- Install, assemble, or dismantle structures and components as directed; operate basic tools and machinery with proper technique.
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and report any hazards or equipment issues to supervisors.
- Collaborate with team, follow project schedules, and ensure quality workmanship through attention to detail.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
