Parts Associate
Pierce RV & Marine Supercenter is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Associate to join our team. This entry-level position offers excellent opportunities for growth and advancement, experience preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Assist walk-in and phone customers with parts and accessories inquiries.

Provide professional and friendly customer service.

Maintain accurate parts inventory, pricing, and special order records.

Follow up on special orders and notify customers when items arrive.

Coordinate accessory installations with other departments.

Keep the parts department organized, stocked, and presentable.

Fill propane tanks for company and customer vehicles.

Support daily department operations as needed.
Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Organized and detail-oriented.

Ability to operate a cash register and basic computer systems.
