Job Description for Paralegal / Recruiting Case Manager
Employees shall have such general powers and responsibilities for administrative tasks of managing recruitment and immigration process, including:
· To produce the monthly report prepared for each sponsoring employer and deliver them to each sponsoring company in a timely manner;
· To collect information and documents from each applicant in a timely manner, including, but not limited to biographical information, contact information, immigration documents and history, employment history, dependent’s information, etc.;
· To organize all collected documents into appropriate profiles or systems;
· To provide necessary documentation of the applicant to the attorneys;
· To prepare certain document submissions on behalf of the applicant, including, but not limited to ETA 9089 Labor Certificate, I-140, I-485, and DS-260;
· To prepare all documents needed to submit DS-260 applications;
· To request and follow-up with inquiries to the USCIS and NVC;
· To file certain immigration or labor related applications for the applicants;
· To produce and strategize responses to audits and/or requests for more evidence in conjunction with the requests of the retained attorney;
· To draft, request, and obtain final employment letters from the sponsoring employer before the applicant’s final interview;
· To arrange work placement and assist relocation and settlement for the applicant; and
· To perform and conduct other ad-hoc projects and duties, as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $55,000.00 per year

Experience:
- case management / paralegal: 1 year (Preferred)
