Joe Taylor Restoration is hiring for a Water Project Team Lead in [CITY], FL. This is a full-time, on-the road role paying $100,000 - $250,000 per year. You will lead restoration teams through water, fire, smoke, mold, and wind damage projects, managing crews, communicating with homeowners and insurance adjusters, and ensuring every property is brought back to pre-disaster condition on time and on budget.

- You bring 1 to 3 years of water restoration experience and hold a WRT certification

What You Will Do Each Day
- Lead the successful completion of water, fire, smoke, mold, and wind damage restoration projects
- Manage assigned employees and ensure tasks are completed effectively and efficiently on every job site
- Perform site inspections and oversee project quality from initiation through completion
- Communicate with homeowners, business owners, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors throughout each project
- Ensure all project documents are complete, current, and uploaded appropriately
- Maintain equipment and vehicles in responsible working condition
