Job Duties
- Provide clinical and office supervision to Direct Care staff
- Conduct case reviews with Case Management to ensure proper client care
- Consult with Case Management on cases, provide expertise and assist in problem solving
- Conduct relevant clinical training
- Work with staff to determine feasibility and strategy for placement needs
- Evaluate and approve reports of assigned staff
- Communicate with leadership on clinical needs
- Maintain assignments of Case Management to foster homes
- Provide insight to Supervisors for employee performance reviews
- Lead Clinical Oversight and Consultant team meetings
- Attend case related meetings as needed
- Maintain a caseload when necessary
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work or applicable field
- Organized self-starter
- Available to work a flexible schedule
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Demonstrate proficiency with computer software
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Obtain acceptable TB test result
- Maintain a good driving record, current driver’s license, and auto liability insurance of $100,000/$300,000 and 100,000 in property damage coverage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $37.50 - $38.87 per hour
