Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Assosciate (CSA) with a strong work ethic that will be processing orders. This role requires strong data entry skills.
Responsibilities:
- Process product orders, verifying details such as pricing, quantities, and shipping instructions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills / Qualifications:
- Positive, problem-solving attitude.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
- Self-starter with great sense-of-urgency to meet goals.
- Strong work ethic and integrity.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Efficient problem-solving abilities.
- College degree preferred, but not required.
