Camen Behavioral Services is seeking a Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Kissimmee Clinic. This is a clinic-based leadership position where you will support day-to-day operations, provide on-floor clinical guidance, and mentor your team.
This role reports directly to the Clinical Director and plays a key part in maintaining a strong, supportive, and high-quality clinical environment.

About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership position combining clinical excellence with team and clinic support.
You will be responsible for:

Supporting daily clinic flow and structure

Providing real-time, on-floor support to RBTs and staff

Assisting with opening and closing responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Clinical Director on clinic needs, staffing, and overall operations
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- Active BCBA certification
- Strong clinical experience in a clinic setting
- Confidence supporting and guiding a team in real time
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to balance clinical and operational responsibilities
ResponsibilitiesClinical
- Conduct FBAs and oversee development of BIPs
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans using data
- Ensure treatment integrity and clinical quality
Team Support
- Supervise and support RBTs and clinical staff
- Provide ongoing feedback, training, and mentorship
- Support onboarding and development of new team members
Leadership & Operations
- Support daily clinic operations and flow
- Provide on-floor guidance and problem-solving
- Assist with opening and closing the clinic
- Report directly to the Clinical Director on clinic needs, staffing, and overall operations
Administrative
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Ensure compliance with BACB and company standards
- Communicate with families and team members as needed
