We are seeking passionate BCBA Interns/Practicum/Student Analyst to gain supervision hours, develop clinical skills, and grow toward BCBA certification.
Location: Step Up ABA – Des Moines, WA / Auburn, WA
Position Overview
As a BCBA Intern/Practicum/Student Analyst, you will:
- Provide early intervention ABA therapy in a center-based setting (children ages 2–7)
- Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- Collect data and maintain detailed session notes
- Collaborate with BCBAs and a team of like-minded professionals
- Receive structured training in parent meetings, applied behavior analysis, and all the steps required to become an exceptional BCBA
- Gain supervision and mentorship designed to help you grow into leadership and clinical excellence
This role is ideal for BTs or RBTs who want to accrue their fieldwork hours, are enrolled in an applicable Master’s program, and interested in becoming a BCBA.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $23–30/hour, based on experience
- Guaranteed full-time hours: 32–40 hours/week, regardless of patient cancellations

Qualifications
- Enrolled in (or completed coursework for) a Master’s program in ABA, Psychology, or related field
- Accrued 85%+ of fieldwork hours (1700/2000) preferred
- Completed all BACB restricted hours
- Strong communication, leadership, organizational skills, and follow-through
- Empathy, motivation, and commitment to professional development
