We’re currently hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with clinical experience and some management background. This role is ideal for someone who’s ready to take the next step—balancing patient care with leadership responsibilities.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care
- Oversee daily clinical workflows and support staff
- Communicate with patients and the care team to ensure the best outcomes
- Contribute feedback based on patient results and progress
- Help maintain compliance and safety protocols
Ideal Candidate:
- Current LPN license
- 2+ years of nursing experience; prior leadership a plus
- Comfortable with computers and EMR systems (eClinical Works)
- Excellent with patients and collaborative in a team setting
- Strong communicator who isn’t afraid to share feedback
