In the role of maintenance professional, daily responsibilities include the maintenance of apartments: appliance, heating, and cooling system repairs; routine plumbing and electrical work; upkeep of pools; and apartment remodels. Ideal candidates possess strong customer service, mechanical & teamwork skills.
