Job Summary
OTR flatbed position
Pay: 30% of gross revenue
Expect to average being home bi-weekly, but will be routed through home location more often, when possible

Hiring / operating area: mostly the Midwest, southeast, and east coast. We have targeted hiring area in the Memphis and Charlotte areas for prospective customers as well.

Equipment: Later model Cascadia and 53ft flatbed
Requirements:
- Operate and maintain your own truck, ensuring it is in good working condition at all times.
- Transport goods to various locations according to scheduled routes.
- Ensure timely delivery of freight while adhering to safety regulations and traffic laws.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety compliance.
- Manage documentation related to deliveries, including bills of lading and delivery receipts.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status and any issues that may arise.
- Utilize specific equipment when necessary for loading and unloading cargo.
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance performed on the vehicle.
Requirements
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) for minimum of 2 years, with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a truck driver or in a similar role within the freight industry
- Familiarity with transporting freight with the trailer you choose to haul
- Strong knowledge of route driving and logistics management.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other loading equipment safely.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Must be able to pass background checks as required by company policies.
