What We’re Looking For
Successful candidates should:
● Hold a current New Jersey Cosmetology License in good standing.
● Demonstrate professional experience and proficiency in haircutting, coloring, styling, and related salon services.
● Conduct professional consultations and create personalized service recommendations based on each guest’s needs and lifestyle.
● Deliver consistently exceptional, personalized guest experiences.
● Demonstrate strong technical skills, creativity, precision, and attention to detail.
● Have an established clientele or demonstrate the motivation and ability to build and develop a loyal client base.
● Be committed to ongoing education and continuous development of technical and business skills.
● Maintain a professional appearance, attitude, and work ethic.
● Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
● Work collaboratively and contribute positively to a team-oriented environment.
● Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation.
● Follow all YK Salon policies, procedures, sanitation standards, and service protocols.
