Bayshore Remodels LLC is seeking an experienced carpentry subcontractor (1099) to partner with us on ongoing residential remodeling projects throughout the Greater Tampa Bay Area. This role is strictly for independent subcontractors, not in-house or W-2 employment.
Scope of Work:
- Cabinet refinishing and refacing installs
- Full cabinet installations (stock, semi-custom, and custom)
- Custom carpentry and trim work
- Installation of fillers, scribe molding, toe kicks, baseboards, casing, and finish trim
- Punch-out and detail carpentry related to remodel projects
Requirements:
- Extensive cabinetry and finish carpentry experience
- Refacing, refinishing, full installs, and custom work
- 5+ years experience preferred (highly skilled subcontractors encouraged to apply)
- Strong attention to detail and consistent quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently, efficiently, and meet agreed schedules
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Professional communication and reliability
- Must provide:
- W-9
- General Liability Insurance
- Workers’ Comp or exemption (if applicable)
- Must have own tools and transportation
