Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will motivate a team to provide high-quality outpatient services to adults in individual and groups, focusing on their mental health and substance use. The Lead Clinician will provide support in day-to-day functioning of the clinical team and care for patients.
Duties
- Supervision of clinical staff and interns, including documentation care and review.
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices.
- Provide case management services to coordinate care and resources for clients.
- Implement behavioral therapy techniques tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Engage in clinical research to stay updated on best practices and innovative treatment approaches.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans that address the holistic needs of clients.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- Valid licensure as a clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMHC or equivalent) is preferred but not required.
- Experience in residential, inpatient, or other intensive settings is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in case management and clinical counseling.
- Proficiency in conducting individual group counseling sessions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards in practice.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
