Looking for part-time or full time massage therapists for a therapeutic center in the Highlands area with weekend or evening availability.
Our Space:
The space includes 2 yoga studios and 6 treatment rooms dedicated towards massage. We take a different approach with our clients and students. Our philosophy focuses on a client centered approach and dialogue that shifts away from the typical negative talking points around posture, structure, or tissues and more towards regular movement, education, nervous system, embodiment, and behavior changes. This is typically quite a bit different than what most studios are looking for and we have found that most therapists find a relief in a core approach that leaves behind "sales pitches" and/or just feeling that what was taught in their schooling had some gaps. With this approach we have 27 hours of training that all our therapists are can go through for free. Some samples of the training are:
- Dermoneuromodulation (Theory and Hands on techniques)
- How to have client centered dialogue using research based approaches
- Utilizing the Enneagram and CBT inside our scope
- Reviewing/replaceing outdated techniques and philosophies in the massage industry
- Formulating treatment plans
Specific skills:
- Ability to set and coach clients through personalized treatment programs based on their specific needs
- Ability to measure and document health changes in direct relation with Yoga and massage therapists
- Ability to grow and maintain personal clientele with an independent contractor mindset
- Strong networking skills
- Desire to be date on current science-based massage philosophies and techniques
- Positive, team oriented mentality.
- Experience of at least 3 years is preferred but not required as skill level and client relations is more important.
Compensation-
- $55,000-65,000 annual salary

Schedule- Some weekday and weekend availability. There is a mandatory scheduling of one weekend shift per week.
