- Lead multiple Class A office, workplace, and interior renovation projects from inception through completion
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, procurement activities, and construction execution plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate preconstruction activities, value engineering efforts, scopes of work, and subcontractor buyout processes
- Monitor project financial performance, including forecasting, change order management, and cost control
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards and client expectations
- Mentor and support Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers while fostering a collaborative project culture
