Pulliam Pools, one of the most respected names in luxury pool construction, is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to oversee residential pool construction projects from start to finish. This is a leadership role responsible for managing subcontractors, maintaining project timelines, and ensuring every backyard transformation meets Pulliam Pools’ high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
This position is ideal for someone with pool construction or residential construction experience who takes pride in delivering exceptional results and leading teams effectively.
Compensation
- Salary: $60,000–$65,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Oversee swimming pool construction projects from excavation through completion
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and project timelines
- Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to Pulliam Pools’ quality standards
- Read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Perform quality inspections throughout each phase of construction
- Communicate regularly with homeowners and provide project updates
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
- Train and mentor crews as needed
Requirements
- Experience in swimming pool construction or residential construction required
- Strong leadership and project coordination skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable using digital tools and project documentation systems
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
