Responsibilities
- Assist brokers with real estate transactions from offer negotiation to deal closing, ensuring smooth processes and client satisfaction
- Support marketing efforts by creating compelling property listings, social media content, and promotional materials to attract potential buyers and sellers
- Conduct market analysis to stay informed about current industry trends, property values, and local market conditions
- Manage administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, maintaining property files, and coordinating documentation in compliance with Real Estate law and Fair Housing regulations
- Facilitate effective communication between clients, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure transparency and timely updates
- Utilize sales technology tools to track leads, manage customer relationships, and optimize sales strategies
- Assist in managing real estate teams by coordinating meetings, tracking performance metrics, and supporting team growth initiatives
Experience
- Proven experience in real estate administrative roles or practicing real estate with familiarity in property management and deal negotiations
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to facilitate offers that benefit clients while adhering to industry standards
- Knowledge of real estate law, Fair Housing regulations, and ethical practices within the industry
- Demonstrated ability to adopt sales technology platforms for customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing automation
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple transactions simultaneously
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse client bases effectively
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to build rapport with clients and team members alike
