Rooted in Detroit’s Eastern Market, this Butcher’s Brasserie is the next evolution of award-winning Marrow in the West Village.
This new concept honors Eastern Market’s rich food legacy by bringing together meat processing and memorable hospitality under one roof. Housed in the space is our Marrow Detroit Provisions meat processing facility and butcher shop, two bars, a large dining room, and private event space.

Server Job Overview:
Our service teams primary function is to provide an unforgettable experience for our guests, by way of constant learning, mentorship and passion for our product and community.
Key Responsibilities and Job Duties:
- Work with management and the rest of your team to ensure appropriate and efficient policies and procedures are being enacted
- Treat everyone with respect and be kind
Server Skills and Qualifications:
Ideally will have experience in full full-service restaurant, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Commitment to Marrow's vision and dedication to the team are the most essential qualifications for all employees. Members of FOH staff should enjoy hospitality and have a desire to learn and grow in the field.
Compensation:
Servers are compensated at a competitive tipped wage. Marrow in the Market is a pooled house, dividing the tips among the staff on any given night and paying out weekly.
