Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license and CCC designation
- Proven school-based experience working with diverse K-12 populations
- Comfortable with travel assignments
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
- Candidates with Clinical Fellowship (CF) status or SLPA are not being considered at this time
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, voice, fluency, and language disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct speech and language intervention for students in individual and group settings
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and team discussions
- Cultivate a positive, supportive environment that encourages student communication success
