Location: NY 14527
Pay: $736 – $840/week
Hours: Part-Time, 3x7.5-hr shifts; Day/Evening rotation; scheduled as needed; every other weekend & holidays
Provide direct resident care under RN supervision, assisting with ADLs (hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting, skin care, mobility, feeding)
Maintain a safe and clean environment; respond to call lights/alarms promptly
Support resident nutrition, restorative care, and social/emotional needs
Report changes in resident condition and document care per protocol
High School Diploma or GED
NYS Nursing Assistant Certification (required)
BLS (AHA or RQI)
Minimum 1 year CNA experience in long-term care
