JOB SUMMARY
The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing daily office operations and providing administrative support across multiple business units. This role ensures efficient communication, organized processes, and a well-maintained workplace environment, while supporting staff, leadership, and guests. This is a non-exempt position.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer and route incoming calls across multiple companies and departments
- Greet visitors and assist guests with directions and support
- Manage conference room scheduling and shared office spaces
- Maintain office and breakroom supplies, cleanliness, and organization
- Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor services
- Organize travel arrangements including hotels and rental cars
- Plan and coordinate office events, meetings, and staff lunches
- Manage incoming packages and deliveries
- Maintain organizational charts and internal documentation
- Scan, file, and organize records, including medical and contract documents
- Pull data reports and assist with research and analytics projects
- Prepare meeting notes and assist with recurring leadership meetings
- Assist with onboarding tasks such as badges and parking access
- Maintain parking assignments and office signage
- Provide general administrative and operational support as needed
- Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
- High School education or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in a professional office setting required.
- Extremely organized with proven ability to independently manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism concerning all aspects of daily business operations.
Must be able to pass criminal background check.
