Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Brand Ambassador to represent our brand and engage with customers in a positive and impactful manner. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with the ability to effectively communicate our brand values and offerings. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a key role in driving brand awareness and fostering relationships with customers.
Duties
- Taking food/drink orders
- Pouring Beers
- Explaining how our unique service model works
- Engage with customers to promote our products and services, ensuring a memorable experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize sales techniques to encourage product purchases and increase brand loyalty.
- Maintain knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
- Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and ensure accurate cash handling practices.
- Cleaning Tables/Bussing tables
- Assist with the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory, supplies, and merchandise.
- Learning names of and creating a report with our clientele
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness in all areas of operation.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Perform nightly closing and cleaning duties with good attention to detail – bar area, floors, tables, bathrooms, etc.
- Being self-motivated, with initiative get things done. Jump in and help out where needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with catering operations is a plus.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Experience using Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of food safety practices within the food industry is beneficial.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work as part of a team.
