Note: You must drive and have your own vehicle. We are Business to Business Sales so we are in the field meeting with clients on a regular basis.
We are looking for individuals to join our high performing sales team. Our Regional Office is in Oak Park but you can sell and work all over Chicagoland. Trainers are assigned to you day one and will be hip-to-hip with you every step of the way. We set appointments with small business owners and help implement the Aflac at Work program inside their company. Every day is different as we are working with all different types of companies and people!
Successful sales reps have a positive mindset, strong work ethic, self confidence, and are able to work well within a team environment. Role includes sourcing leads, cold calling, emails and networking. We provide access to ZoomInfo for sourcing which provides strong data and WARM LEADS day one.
$3,000 bonus potential in first three months and all commissions paid within two days, direct deposit. This role is 100% commission with renewal commission, bonus, stock and incentive trips. Most recent 2025 trip was to Paris, France.

This is not a salaried position. Aflac sales agents earn commissions, bonuses, residual income, and stock.
