Reliable Energy Management, Inc. is currently seeking a detail-oriented HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in the Riverside area
We are looking for a skilled HVAC Technician with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems
- Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and manufacturer specifications
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC equipment
- Conduct routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems
- Perform inspections to identify potential problems and ensure safety standards are met
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
- Drive to various job sites, ensuring punctuality and safety
- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of HVAC experience (residential and commercial)
- Must pass physical, drug, and background checks
- Knowledge of HVAC system installations, including: Rooftop packaged units, Gas/electric & heat-pump split systems, Ductwork, mini splits, economizers, Wall heaters, VRV/VRD systems, and boilers
- Self-motivated and punctual with a strong work ethic
- A good driving record is required, as driving to various job sites is part of the role
- Mature and professional demeanor when interacting with clients and team members
- EPA Certification
