What You’ll Do

Assist in installing HVAC equipment to manufacturer specs and company standards

Pre‑measure job sites to ensure smooth, accurate installations

Properly connect equipment and support the lead installer throughout the job

Maintain a clean, organized work area and represent Collier’s with professionalism

Learn new skills, tools, and techniques to advance your HVAC career
What You Bring

1+ year of HVAC install or install helper experience
-
HVAC degree or equivalent training
-
Valid driver’s license
-
Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn

Ability to work independently without being micromanaged
