We are looking for a site supervisor to join our team and provide a safe and comfortable living environment for our residents. The site supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day happenings of the home, including overseeing staff, providing support to residents, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. At least 5 years experience as a resident assistant required, CNA preferred. Pay based on experience.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND TASKS:
- Provides guidance to ULP’s by setting a positive example, and providing exemplary care for our residents
- Promotes client and staff safety by communicating effectively with management
- Assist with Meal/menu planning
- Assist by performing weekly inventory on grocery items, including food, household supplies and medical supplies and providing a detailed order list
- Assists with training and mentoring new staff in a professional manner
- Assist with management of staff schedules
- Participate in on-call staffer rotation and be available for staffing needs and notifications.
- Assists with ensuring any maintenance requests are submitted
- Assists with monthly resident/family council and responds to resident concerns or complaints.
- Attend monthly staff meetings and support assisted living director, clinical manager in any topics
- Works as ULP in full time capacity M-F, on call rotation every other weekend
- Other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
