**ALL OPPORTUNITIES ARE EXTRA-HELP**OPEN UNTIL FILLEDUnder supervision of the County-Clerk/Registrar of Voters (or his/her designee), to lead, oversee and participate in the more complex and difficult functions and essential services to the community by assisting and processing voters on Election Day. Prepares, assembles and distributes publications, notices sample ballots, and other related election materials; assists in the set up of voting locations throughout the County, provides resources to staff and the public regarding the more complex areas of assignment; and to do related work as required.SUPERVISION EXERCISEDExercises technical and functional (lead) supervision over assigned Voting Center Staff.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Leads, organizes and reviews the work of assigned staff; provides training to staff; performs the more complex and specialized administrative and clerical duties in the functional area; prepares, assembles and distributes publications, notices, sample ballots, and other materials related to elections; issue ballots to eligible voters at the Vote Center; responsible for setting up and closing of their assigned Vote Center; ensures the maintenance, security and confidentiality of information received; answers questions and provides information to the public; operate standard office equipment including computer equipment.OTHER JOB RELATED DUTIESPerforms related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Registrar of Voters.
