Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee diverse construction projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will coordinate all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities
- Lead project planning sessions, develop detailed schedules and establish clear milestones for project delivery.
- Coordinate with contractors, and clients to ensure alignment on project scope, schematics, and technical specifications.
- Oversee daily construction site activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality control protocols, and contractual obligations.
- Manage procurement processes including construction estimating, contracts negotiation, and vendor selection utilizing HeavyBid or comparable software.
- Monitor project progress through regular site inspections, and progress reports; adjust schedules proactively to mitigate delays.
- Facilitate effective communication across all project stakeholders to ensure seamless project coordination and timely issue resolution.
- Maintain comprehensive records of project activities, including contracts, schematics, time management logs, and site documentation.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction management at least 3-5 years preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of construction site operations combined with hands-on experience in blueprint reading and schematics interpretation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management capabilities; ability to prioritize tasks effectively in fast-paced environments.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
