We are looking for a friendly and energetic Food Runner to join our vibrant restaurant team. In this role, you'll be the crucial link between the kitchen and the dining area, ensuring that orders are delivered promptly and accurately to enhance our guests' dining experience. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about food service, detail-oriented, and eager to support a lively hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver food from the kitchen to guests efficiently, maintaining presentation standards.
- Support servers by delivering orders quickly and accurately, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Help with food preparation tasks such as plating or garnishing when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in service stations, including dishwashing and general sanitation duties.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred.
- Experience with bussing, serving, or guest relations enhances your ability to succeed in this role.
- Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and basic food preparation techniques is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills are important for coordinating with team members and guests.
