Overview
ProCore Cleaning Services (www.ProCoreCleaningServices.com) is seeking established, insured pressure washing and softwash subcontractors with their own commercial equipment to service the DC Metro area.
ProCore Cleaning Services was locally built, is run locally and services locally. Compared to other subcontracting opportunities, we offer well above standard sub rates. We want our subcontractors to be properly and fairly compensated for the skill, equipment, and insurance they bring to every job.
Duties
You will be setting up your own schedule and selecting jobs on our platform, specifying the hours you wish to work and the DC/Arlington locations you want to work in. We provide you with a friendly support team who handles all customer service, lead generation, and quoting so you can focus on your work. We also take care of handling/collecting all payments for completed jobs
Pay
Weekly payouts every Friday for the previous week's completed work, well ahead of the 2-4 week industry standard. ProCore Cleaning Services will inform the applicant of further rate and onboarding details on the first interview.

Pay: $30.00 - $65.00 per hour
