We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team. The LVN will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Physician, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered service in accordance with established policies and procedures
Pay Details:
For Locals:
(W2): $54 - $2,160
(1099): $58 - $2,320
For Travelers/Stipend Candidates:
Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $57
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $2,052
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $15.00
Minimum Hourly Stipend: $42
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $540
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,512
OR
For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $58
Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate: $2,320
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical histories
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient charts/EMR
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Observe and report changes in patient condition promptly
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications :
- Active LVN license in good standing (state-specific license required)
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Previous clinical experience preferred (long-term care, home health, or acute care settings a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and compassionate approach to patient care
