What You'll Do
As a Journeyman Electrician, you'll work on a wide variety of residential and commercial electrical projects, including:
- New residential and commercial construction
- Service calls and electrical troubleshooting
- Remodels and tenant improvements
- Electrical installations, upgrades, and repairs
- Panel replacements and service upgrades
- Lighting installations and retrofits
- Preventative maintenance and customer-requested improvements
- Diagnosing electrical issues and providing effective, code-compliant solutions
- Educating customers on electrical concerns and recommending solutions that improve safety, reliability, and efficiency
- Preparing or presenting estimates for recommended repairs and additional work when appropriate
You'll be expected to diagnose problems efficiently, perform clean, code-compliant work, communicate professionally with customers, and represent the company with integrity on every project.
What We're Looking For
The right candidate will have experience across all aspects of residential and commercial electrical work, including:
- New construction
- Troubleshooting and service work
- Tenant improvements (TI)
- Remodels and electrical installations
- Reading blueprints and electrical plans
- National Electrical Code (NEC) compliance and safe work practices
In addition, we're looking for someone who:
- Holds a valid Washington State 01 Journeyman Electrician license.
- Reports to our shop each morning prepared, organized, and on time.
- Has a strong work ethic and takes pride in producing high-quality workmanship.
- Works well independently while also being a dependable team player.
- Has a customer-first mindset and understands that providing an exceptional customer experience is just as important as performing quality electrical work.
- Builds trust with customers through honest communication and professionalism.
- Can identify opportunities to recommend needed repairs, safety improvements, energy-saving upgrades, or additional work that genuinely benefits the customer.
- Is comfortable discussing pricing, presenting estimates, and helping customers make informed decisions without using high-pressure sales tactics.
- Takes ownership of every project from start to finish and leaves customers with confidence in the work performed.
- Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Has excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Has a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Pay: $39.00 - $47.00 per hour
