QUALIFICATIONS. College/high school student; willing to take initiative with work assigned
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Routine manual work in connection with the care and maintenance of buildings and grounds, related work as required.
Sweeps, dusts, scrubs and mops rooms, corridors, washrooms and toilets.
Washes floors, walls, windows and furniture; cleans tables and sinks.
Polishes floors, furniture and metal work, performs repairs to furniture and equipment.
Sets up tables and chairs, carries and delivers supplies and materials.
Empties waste baskets and disposes of refuse.
Performs nominal maintenance tasks, i.e., painting, carpentry, ceiling tiles, repairing, doors, windows, and equipment
Other duties as assigned
