Marma Head Spa is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Spa Leader to join our team. This is a newly developing position within the company, ideal for someone who has strong leadership skills, is excited to help shape systems, support operations, and grow alongside the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee day-to-day spa operations
- Manage all aspects of guest services
- Lead, coach, and support the spa team
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and daily workflow
- Help drive sales goals, team performance, and overall business growth
- Assist with hiring, onboarding and training
- Ensure a welcoming guest experience
- Inventory, ordering and vendor management
We're Looking for Someone Who:
- Previous leadership experience in a spa, wellness, salon, hospitality, or service-based business
- Knows how to lead a team, manage schedules, and ensure smooth daily operations
- Is highly organized, dependable, and able to prioritize multiple responsibilities
- Enjoys building relationships with clients and community to grow the brand
- Has clear communication skills
- Takes initiative, makes sound decisions, and doesn't need constant direction
- Enjoys improving systems, increasing efficiency, and creating exceptional client experiences
- Understand metrics and is motivated by goals and growth
Bonus If You Have:
- A Cosmetology or Esthetics License
- Previous sales and marketing experience

Please Note: This position is appx. 32-36 hours. You must be able to work between the hours of 10a – 7:30p and be available to work on Saturdays.
