Job Summary
Provide a high level of customer service while performing community inspections, disclosure inspections and re-inspections, communicating effectively with clients and staff.
Responsibilities and Duties
Deliver an exceptional level of service to our clients.
Understand community association operations, governing documents and processes and procedures.
Assist management as needed in all areas of covenant enforcement.
Perform community inspections, disclosure inspections and re-inspections, communicating effectively with clients and staff.
Manage inspection timeline and update accordingly.
Provide Community Manager with weekly inspection schedule.
Ensure that the violation process is properly enforced with the appropriate timely follow up.
Correspond with homeowners, and residents regarding notices, complaints and guidelines questions/concerns.
Review and send inspection photos and violation letters.
Review and approve and send all violation letters.
Investigate violation complaints.

Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of 1 year customer service experience; preferably in an office environment. Property management/HOA experience is highly desired. Excellent telephone etiquette. Professional verbal and written communication. Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment. Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm. Familiar with basic functions of MS Office and be able to write a business letter. Team player attitude. Reliable and dedicated to providing the best in customer service.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
