Overview
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Engineers-Designers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing mechanical and system designs, creating detailed drawings, and supporting engineering product development projects. Your expertise will help translate complex ideas into practical, manufacturable solutions that meet industry standards and client needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop mechanical designs and system schematics using CAD software such as SolidWorks, Creo, or similar tools.
- Create detailed mechanical drawings, including machine design, mechanical detail drawings, and schematics aligned with ASME codes & standards.
- Perform 3D modeling for product design, incorporating tolerance analysis and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
- Conduct root cause analysis to troubleshoot design issues and improve product reliability.
- Support manufacturing processes through drafting, building information modeling (BIM) tools, and CNC programming.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on engineering product development projects, ensuring seamless integration of mechanical systems.
- Utilize simulation tools like FEA (Finite Element Analysis), MATLAB, Simulink, LabVIEW, or Arduino to validate designs and system performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience practicing in an industrial or manufacturing engineering role with a focus on mechanical product development.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, project management, and engineering product lifecycle processes.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, Creo, or equivalent for 3D CAD modeling and drafting.
- Familiarity with manufacturing techniques including CNC machining and system design principles.
- Experience with mechanical engineering concepts including tolerance analysis, GD&T, machine design, and mechanical detail drawings.
- Knowledge of programming environments like MATLAB, Simulink, LabVIEW, or Arduino for system simulation and control applications.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis using systematic troubleshooting methods.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills to coordinate with design engineers, manufacturing teams, and clients.

Pay: $73,354.87 - $100,000.00 per year
