Responsibilities
- Safely operate various delivery vehicles, including box trucks and courier vans, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Load and unload packages using manual handling techniques
- Deliver parcels efficiently along assigned routes, ensuring timely and accurate drop-offs at residential and commercial locations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting recipients courteously, answering questions, and addressing delivery concerns professionally.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections, perform basic maintenance checks, and report any mechanical issues promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience in delivery driving or courier services is beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to handle heavy lifting and physical tasks safely and effectively.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
