Job Description:
Head 2 Toe Spine & Sports Therapy is a busy, established, rehab-focused practice in Lynnwood, WA, built on a simple belief: no one should be held back by their body. We listen until we understand the whole person, find the real cause and treat it at the root, and we don't stop at "better" — we build lasting strength to keep our patients doing what they love. We're seeking a rehabilitation-focused chiropractor to step into an established patient base — no building from scratch.
In this role, you'll evaluate and diagnose neuromusculoskeletal conditions, build personalized movement-based treatment plans, and deliver a blend of manual adjustments, soft-tissue work, and active rehabilitation. You'll supervise and mentor our in-house Certified Athletic Trainers and practice alongside a collaborative naturopathic and functional-medicine team — backed by modern tools like shockwave therapy, laser therapy. You will have front-desk and billing support, so you can focus on patients.
We're a team that lives by four values:
Care, above and beyond — for our patients' lives beyond the appointment, and for each other
Ownership — we see what needs doing and make it happen
Accountability — we do what we said we'd do, and we follow through
Energy — we keep the heartbeat of the clinic strong
If that's how you want to practice, you'll feel right at home here.
Benefits include:
- Competitive base salary plus a generous monthly production bonus
- Health insurance (50% employer-paid), paid time off, and paid sick leave
- SIMPLE IRA with employer match
- Malpractice insurance and license-renewal fees covered
- Continuing-education allowance
- Mentorship and in-house training
Requirements:
- A great personality and team-first attitude — Someone patients love, with the kind of energy that keeps the heartbeat of the clinic strong
- Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) with an active or license-eligible Washington State chiropractic license
- Formal soft-tissue training under your belt (e.g., ART, Graston/IASTM, FR/FAKTR, cupping, myofascial release)
- A genuine passion for movement and active rehabilitation — rehab experience is a plus, and we'll help you grow it
- Strong communication skills, sound clinical judgment, and clean documentation habits
- Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR
- New graduates with a soft-tissue foundation, a passion for movement, and a hunger to learn are welcome to apply
Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
