Full-Time | 4 Days Per Week | Base Salary + Bonus Structure
West Wellness Company is seeking an associate chiropractor to join our growing wellness practice in Franklin, Virginia. We are an evidence-based, patient-centered clinic focused on providing high-quality chiropractic, rehabilitation, soft tissue therapy, functional wellness care, and SoftWave therapy in a modern boutique practice environment.
This position is ideal for a chiropractor who values relationship-based care, enjoys working in a collaborative environment, and wants to grow within a practice that prioritizes quality over high-volume burnout.
Our office currently maintains a highly established patient base with strong community demand and a consistent schedule. The incoming associate will step into a supportive environment with immediate patient flow, mentorship opportunities, and room for professional growth.
What We Offer
- Guaranteed base salary of $75,000–$80,000

Clinic Focus Areas
Our office currently incorporates:

We are especially interested in candidates who have interest or experience in:
- Rehabilitation and exercise prescription
- Sports or golf performance
- Women’s health and perinatal care
- Soft tissue techniques
- Building long-term patient relationships
Schedule
- Approximately 28–32 patient hours weekly
- Four-day work week
- No weekends required
Qualifications
Required:
- Doctor of Chiropractic degree from an accredited program
- Active Virginia chiropractic license or ability to obtain one
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Team-oriented mindset
Preferred but not required:
- Dry needling certification
- Rehabilitation experience
- Interest in functional wellness
- Experience in cash-based practice environments
