Do you enjoy working with children and making a meaningful difference in their everyday lives?
Incredible Me ABA is looking for compassionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team serving Chapel Hill and the surrounding areas.
As an RBT, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their homes and community settings, helping them build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
What you'll do:
- Provide individualized 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
- Work with children in their homes and community settings
- Follow individualized treatment plans and behavior programs
- Track and document session data
- Help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills
- Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other members of the care team
What we're looking for:
- Active RBT certification preferred
- Experience working with children is a plus
- Reliable, compassionate, and patient
- Comfortable providing services in homes and community environments
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Reliable transportation
