Position Summary
Responsible for accomplishing the daily tasks assigned by the foreman or manager without complaint. Communication with crew members and steel foreman. Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse group of individuals; Must possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a timely manner; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Conflict resolution skills and knowledge of investigation techniques to resolve concerns/ complaints. Responsible for his/her own actions and conduct under the law, therefore adhering to all local, State, Federal, OSHA regulations, and company safety directives and policies.
