SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Consistently exceed guest expectations by delivering exceptional and memorable hospitality experiences across all departments.
- Lead, inspire, and supervise a dynamic team including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, banquet, and event staff.
- Oversee daily operations of the hotel’s restaurant, bar, and banquet/event spaces, ensuring seamless execution of weddings, meetings, conferences, and social events.
- Partner with sales and catering teams to drive banquet revenue, optimize event operations, and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Conduct regular evaluations to elevate service standards and monitor team performance.
- Manage financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, payroll, and cost controls across all departments, including food & beverage.
- Ensure smooth guest check-in experiences and maintain a welcoming, service-oriented atmosphere.
- Resolve guest concerns related to accommodations, dining, and events with professionalism and urgency.
- Maximize operational efficiency by organizing workflows, delegating responsibilities, and developing team capabilities.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing and local outreach initiatives to drive occupancy, restaurant traffic, and event bookings.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, event planners, corporate clients, and community partners.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and brand standards, particularly within food service and banquet operations.
- Play a key role in revenue management strategies, including room rates, banquet pricing, and outlet profitability.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- 5–7 years of progressive hotel leadership experience, preferably in a full-service property with restaurant and banquet/event operations.
- Proven success driving financial performance and operational excellence across multiple departments.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
- Experience overseeing food & beverage operations, including staffing, cost control, and guest satisfaction.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- A strong commitment to delivering outstanding guest service.
- Familiarity with hotel systems (PMS, POS, catering/event software, and reporting tools).
- A hands-on, proactive leadership style with attention to detail.
