Assistant General Manager

KidStrong Waco is looking for a positive, energetic, and dependable Assistant General Manager to join our team.
This role is perfect for someone who loves working with kids and families, enjoys leading a team, and is excited to help grow a mission driven business.
Pay: $20 to $23 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Evenings and weekends required
What You’ll Do
Support Center Operations
Help manage daily operations, scheduling, center organization, cleaning, and the overall family experience.
Be a Leader
Support and mentor coaches, help create a strong team culture, and lead by example on and off the Blue Floor.
Build Strong Relationships
Connect with families, communicate with parents, support member retention, and help grow the KidStrong community.
Coach With Heart
Deliver our curriculum focused on brain, physical, and character development for kids ages 15 months to 11 years old.
Support Sales and Growth
Work with the General Manager to call leads, follow up with families, book trials, sell memberships, and support camps, parties, and events.
Represent KidStrong in the Community
Help attend local events, build brand awareness, and share the KidStrong mission with families in Waco.
We Want to Hear From People Who Have:
- Experience working with or coaching kids
- A passion for child development
- Strong communication skills with both kids and parents
- A positive, energetic attitude
- Leadership ability and a team first mindset
- Previous management experience, preferred but not required
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain it
- Ability to work in a physically active environment
