We're seeking a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to support a dynamic marketing technology team. This role is based in Indianapolis, IN, and is classified as Temp. Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop scalable marketing solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Design, implement, and manage customer journeys across email, SMS, and push notification channels.
- Build and maintain data integrations utilizing Salesforce Data Cloud, Data Sync, and ETL tools.
- Create personalized, dynamic content through AMPscript and SQL tailored to customer segments.
- Monitor campaign performance, optimize targeting strategies, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Over 5 years of practical experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and campaign execution.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, including data ingestion and activation.
- Proficiency in AMPscript and SQL for content personalization and data management.
- Strong content creation skills across email, SMS, and push notifications; financial services familiarity is a plus.
