If you have a passion for food, a flair for hospitality, and a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply. **Duties:** - Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast dishes, including specialty items and traditional breakfast fare. - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to strict food safety standards. - Manage food preparation and presentation, ensuring dishes are visually appealing and meet high quality standards. - Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, using our Aloha POS system. - Provide exceptional guest service, including answering questions and making recommendations. - Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor, consistently greeting guests with a warm smile. - Clean and sanitize all areas of the kitchen, including equipment and utensils, as needed. - Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors. - Use a knife and other kitchen tools safely and effectively. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless service experience. - Handle guest complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner. - Ensure that all food and beverages are served in a timely and efficient manner. - Demonstrate a thorough understanding of coffee preparation and presentation. - Practice excellent guest relations, ensuring that all guests feel welcome and valued. **Experience:** - Previous experience in a breakfast or food service environment is highly preferred. - A background in food preparation or hospitality is a plus. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. **Skills:** - Food safety and preparation - Food service experience - Knowledge of kitchen operations - Experience with coffee preparation - Proficiency with Aloha POS - Excellent guest services skills - Ability to use a knife and other kitchen tools safely and effectively - Cleanliness and organization skills - Guest relations experience
