Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Program Director to lead and oversee impactful community programs focused on public health, social work, and addiction counseling. - Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive programs aligned with organizational goals in public health, addiction counseling, and social work.
- Lead and supervise staff and volunteers, providing mentorship, training, and performance feedback to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Manage all aspects of volunteer recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and recognition to foster a motivated volunteer community.
- Oversee program operations including data collection, reporting, and analysis to measure impact and inform continuous improvement.
- Design and execute marketing strategies utilizing social media platforms to increase awareness and engagement within target communities.
- Coordinate public speaking engagements, community events, and outreach activities to promote program services and build partnerships.
- Oversee fundraising efforts by cultivating relationships with donors, managing grant applications, and supporting fundraising campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, maintain administrative records accurately, and manage budgets effectively. Qualifications
- Proven experience in supervising teams or managing volunteers within social services or public health settings.
- Strong background in program development with demonstrated success in project management and strategic planning.
- Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences confidently.
- Knowledge of addiction counseling principles, public health initiatives, social work practices, and related fields.
- Skilled in marketing strategies including social media management to enhance program visibility.
- Experience in data collection methods, reporting tools, and utilizing data for program evaluation.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaborative environments.
- Administrative experience, including recruiting staff or volunteers, managing budgets, and maintaining records effectively.
