Bottling Machine Operator – Dietary Supplement Manufacturing

Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Bottling Machine Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for setting up and operating bottling and packaging equipment to ensure dietary supplement products are filled, sealed, labeled, and packaged accurately and in compliance with cGMP standards.
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor bottling, filling, capping, and labeling equipment on the production line.
- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and proper packaging in accordance with SOPs and batch records.
- Perform routine equipment checks and adjustments to maintain consistent output and minimize downtime.
- Document production data, counts, and in-process checks accurately in batch records and production logs.
- Clean and sanitize equipment and work stations following established cleaning and sanitation procedures.
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions, product defects, or quality concerns to supervisors promptly.
- Follow all cGMP guidelines, safety protocols, and company policies at all times.
- Support line changeovers, inventory counts, and other production floor tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Bilingual candidates (English and Chinese) are highly encouraged to apply
- Prior experience operating bottling, filling, or packaging equipment in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, SOPs, and batch records.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on product quality and accuracy.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as part of daily duties.
